I am the CEO of Parallel Minds and Co-founder of Data Smith AI Solutions. We have been enrolled in the Radical Results program by Radical Results and their team for almost 12 months. As the name suggests, the results have been absolutely awesome, tending towards the radical.

The most significant achievement in the past 12 months has been the creation of a leadership team at Parallel Minds. Initially, it was challenging to enroll people into realizing the leadership roles they could provide and play. However, through many excellent sessions, this has certainly helped, and now the leadership team is firmly in existence. In addition to the leadership team, we also have something called the Tech Squad, which is another outcome of these amazing sessions.

At our company, we now embrace a culture where we live by the “Word in the being” and the “World by design by the word.” I deeply appreciate the Radical Results team for their effort. They have worked one-on-one with me, the other director, our staff members, our future leadership team, and our existing leadership team. We have really gelled well as a result, and we always look forward to sessions with the team, whether they are in-person, online, or whole-day sessions from 9 AM to 9 PM.
